Dr. Sullivan is a highly respected expert in full-body musculoskeletal diagnosis, treatment, and functional rehabilitation. With over 20 years of experience and advanced training in chiropractic medicine, soft tissue therapy, and performance-based strengthening, he brings a precision-driven approach to injury recovery and long-term wellness.
He holds certifications as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Functional Movement Systems (FMS) Certified, Pain-Free Performance Specialist, and Pain-Free Mobility Certified. This unique combination allows him to not only relieve pain, but also rebuild strength, prevent reinjury, and guide patients into confident, sustainable movement.
Dr. Sullivan completed a competitive residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda and currently provides chiropractic care for Members of the United States Congress.

Nicole Sullivan is the lead personal trainer at NOVA Personal Training and plays a central role in helping patients transition from treatment into safe, effective strength training. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, Dr. Sears Certified Health Coach, Pain-Free Mobility Certified, and a Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC).
With her deep understanding of biomechanics, mobility, nutrition, and functional strength, Nicole designs customized programs that match each client’s injury history, movement patterns, and long-term goals. She works closely with Dr. Sullivan to ensure every exercise aligns with the patient's healing phase and supports the continued recovery of their muscles, joints, tendons, and nerves.
